About Me

I’ve been a psychotherapist for over thirty years and I have studied on my own, outside my mental health field how to really heal and become free from the shackles of my own abuse history.

I’d love to teach you how to heal yourself.

I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. My Bachelor’s Degree is in Religion. I am an Ordained Independent Spiritualist Minister, a certified Energy Healer and a Life Coach.

I was born blind and had surgery but still wore thick magnifying glasses. I had rickets as a toddler and my legs and upper arm bones have spiral twists. I used to wear leg braces. I have always felt like an outsider in this world, different, never fitting in. But, like you, I went on a healing journey of self love and compassion. Now, I express myself in writing and in helping others heal.
